Details
In the 4G/5G access network, the classical RRU are 2T2R or 4T4R. However, with the evolution of technology and 5G user penetration rate increases, the improvement of cell capacity becomes particularly important.
Compare to 2T2T/4T4R RRU, 8T8R RRU can provide higher cell capacity, as well as more extensive coverage via beamforming technology. It can also be split two 4T4R Cells or four 2T2R cells if needed.
